0691 - Notice was received from the Mayor of the appointment of Evelyn Arana Ortiz as a member of the Boston Public Library Board of Trustees, for a term expiring on May 1, 2011.
0692 - Communication was received from Sally Glora, City Auditor, transmitting a list of FY09 reallocations made by the Mayor prior to April 15, 2009, for the purpose of continuing operations.

0496 - The Committee on Ways and Means to which was referred on April 8, 2009, Docket #0496, message and order for a loan of $4,545,000.00 for the remodeling, reconstructing, or making extraordinary repairs to public buildings owned by the City, including original equipment and landscaping, paving and other site improvements incidental or directly related to such remodeling, reconstruction or repair, and for the acquisition of departmental equipment, for the purposes of the School Department, submits a report recommending the order ought to be read once and passed.
0558 - The Committee on Government Operations to which was referred on April 15, 2009, Docket #0558, ordinance requiring City Councilors to file Statements of Financial Interests, submits a report recommending the ordinance ought to pass in a new draft.
