Tickets issued for snow violations for Boston on Feb. 10 will be forgiven, Mayor Tom Menino announced Wednesday evening.

The City of Boston declared a snow emergency at 8 a.m. and it was lifted at 6 p.m. for a huge snowstorm that was supposed to hit us.
