Please ask for the stenographic machine output that the public legal stenographer records at public Boston City Council meetings with her device. Make available the stenographic machine output on the web so readers might review the proceedings and transactions of the Council. The current official minutes are too edited, too brief for anyone to make sense of what happened !

I see what you mean regarding the online version of the City Council Meeting minutes. They are brief summaries of each topic.
Over in England, they've got this cool website called TheyWorkForYou.com which gives a full online record of what was said. Here's one example. I'd like to hear more about the possibility of making the full record of City Council Meetings available online. Stenographic machine output. Council minutes.
