Sent to United Press International Please look into the lack in response of the Boston City Clerks offices to information enquiries about Boston City Council minutes. Among the lacking responses the claim nothing is being hidden is often made, yet the responses, off the mark of actual requests, resist people taking a civic interest in municipal government. Intimidating, deflecting, embarrassing, humiliating people is routine by P. Tollen. See also http://sunshineweek.org
