View Article  Plans for a New City Hall in Government Center, Boston

City Hall is unhealthy and environmentaly unsound. Our plan would knock down the current city hall, and build a new state of the art city hall right here. The idea would be to sell Court Street and build a new city hall that captures the past and plays off the nicer architecture in the area. Build underground parking for a revenue stream, sell the parcel next door for development and green city hall plaza.

City Hall plaza should be a place where people are in a hurry to get to, not in a hurry to leave.
